All safety incidents and accidents must be reported within 2 hours of occurrence. Use the “Report an Incident” Quick Link on the right sidebar, or call (877) 240-9784 — Safety & Insurance is available 24/7. For life-safety emergencies, call 911 first, then notify Safety & Insurance immediately. Include the date, time, location, individuals involved, and a description of what occurred.
How do I file an insurance claim for a vehicle accident?
Vehicle accident claims should be filed using the “File an Insurance Claim” or “Submit Accident Documentation” Quick Links. Include photos of the scene, vehicle damage, driver information, witness contacts, and a police report number if applicable. All claims should be initiated within 24 hours of the incident. Contact safety@myjoyner.com with questions about the claims process.
What is the vehicle pre-check process?
All Joyner fleet vehicles and driver-partner vehicles are required to complete a vehicle pre-check before each shift or trip. Submit your pre-check report using the “Submit Vehicle Pre-Check Report” Quick Link or the dedicated form. Pre-check reports cover vehicle condition, lights, brakes, tires, fluid levels, and safety equipment. Incomplete or missing pre-check reports may result in operational restrictions.
How does Safety & Insurance support DOT compliance?
Safety & Insurance oversees Joyner’s compliance with Department of Transportation regulations across all applicable business lines.
