Log Into Joyner University
Go to university.joynerone.com and sign in with your Microsoft 365 SSO credentials. Your account is created automatically when you join Joyner.

Check Your Assigned Courses
On your dashboard, you will see courses assigned by HR and your manager. Required courses will show a due date. Complete all required courses before their deadlines to remain in good standing.

Explore Your Learning Track
Navigate to the Learning Tracks section and find the path that matches your role and career goals. Review the milestones and start working through the elective modules that interest you most.

Connect Your IDP
Visit the Career Management page to set your Individual Development Plan. Align your IDP goals with the courses and certifications in your chosen track so your learning has a clear purpose.

Earn & Share Your Certifications
Completed courses generate a certificate recorded in your Joyner University profile. Your manager can view your completions during performance reviews. You may also share certificates on LinkedIn to build your professional profile.
External Education & Tuition Assistance
Joyner's commitment to associate development extends beyond our internal LMS. Eligible associates may apply for tuition assistance to pursue external degrees, certifications, and professional development programs that align with their role and career goals at Joyner.
Who Is Eligible
Full-time associates who have completed at least 12 months of continuous employment and are in good standing (performance rating of 3 or above).
What Is Covered
Accredited degree programs, industry certifications (APICS, PMP, CDL, etc.), and professional development courses directly related to your current or future role at Joyner.
Benefit Amount
Up to $2,500 per calendar year in reimbursable tuition and fees. Reimbursement is processed upon successful course completion with a grade of C or above.
How to Apply
Submit a Tuition Assistance Request through the Benefits page on Joyner One before enrolling. Pre-approval is required — retroactive requests are not eligible for reimbursement.
Missing a required training deadline may result in restricted access to certain Joyner systems for regulated roles. HR will send reminder notifications 14 days and 3 days before deadlines. If you need an extension due to extenuating circumstances, contact hr@myjoyner.com before the deadline passes.

Yes. Learning engagement is reviewed as part of the Growth & Development competency in your annual performance review. Associates who consistently complete elective courses, earn certifications, and update their IDP demonstrate a commitment to development that managers and HR specifically look for during calibration.
Absolutely. Use the Learning Content Update Request form on this page to submit a course suggestion, topic request, or feedback on existing content. Submissions are reviewed quarterly by the Learning & Development team.

Assign Required Courses Within 72 Hours
When a new associate joins your team, assign their required onboarding courses in Joyner University within 72 hours of their start date.
Review IDP During 1-on-1s
Make Individual Development Plans a standing agenda item in your monthly 1-on-1 meetings. Ask about progress, remove blockers, and celebrate completions.
Create Space for Learning
Protect at least one hour per week per associate for dedicated learning time. Treat it as a scheduled commitment, not an optional activity.
Recognize & Reward Growth
Acknowledge certifications and completions publicly — in team meetings, on Teams, or through the Ovation recognition program. Recognition reinforces a learning culture.
Connect Learning to Opportunity
When an associate completes a certification or track, actively look for stretch assignments, new responsibilities, or promotion opportunities that apply what they have learned.
Track Completion on Your Dashboard
Use the Manager Dashboard in Joyner University to monitor required course completion rates for your team. Follow up with any associate who is overdue on a required certification.
