Dispatch Services acts as your back-office partner on the road. Once enrolled, a dedicated dispatcher works with you to find loads that match your equipment, preferred lanes, and schedule. We handle load booking, rate negotiation, paperwork coordination, and customer communication on your behalf — so you can focus on driving. How do I access and use the Load Board?
The Load Board is accessible to all enrolled carriers and owner-operators via the “Load Board” Quick Link on the right sidebar. The board displays available freight opportunities organized by lane, equipment type, and pay rate. If you see a load you want to book, contact your assigned dispatcher or submit a Request Dispatch form. New to the load board? Contact dispatch@myjoyner.com to complete enrollment and get access credentials.
How and when do I upload my Bill of Lading?
Bills of Lading (BOL) must be uploaded within 24 hours of delivery using the “Upload BOL” Quick Link. Include the load number, delivery date, consignee signature, and any delivery notes or exceptions. Timely BOL submission is required for billing and payment processing. Missing or late BOLs can delay invoice submission and payment. Contact dispatch@myjoyner.com if you have questions about a specific load’s documentation requirements.
What is factoring and how does Dispatch Services support it?
Freight factoring is a financial service that allows owner-operators to sell their unpaid invoices to a factoring company in exchange for immediate payment — typically receiving funds within 24–48 hours instead of waiting 30–90 days for a shipper to pay. Dispatch Services helps enrolled owner-operators navigate the factoring process, prepare documentation, and work with approved factoring partners. How does Dispatch Services help maintain DOT compliance?
Dispatch Services tracks and manages DOT compliance requirements for enrolled carriers and owner-operators — including monitoring insurance certificates, operating authority, drug and alcohol testing program enrollment, and driver qualification files. When renewals or updates are needed, your dispatcher will notify you in advance. It is the carrier’s and driver’s responsibility to maintain valid credentials, but Dispatch Services provides proactive support to help keep everything current and compliant.
