How do I request a custom report or data analysis?
Custom report requests can be submitted using the “Submit a Custom Report Request” Quick Link on the right sidebar. Include a description of the data you need, the time period, the format you prefer (spreadsheet, dashboard, PDF), and how you plan to use it. Standard custom reports are delivered within 3–5 business days. Complex or large data requests may take longer and will be scoped with you directly.
How do I request access to a data source or analytics platform?
Data access requests must be submitted through the “Request Access to Data Sources or Reporting Tools” Quick Link. All access requests require department head approval before provisioning. Access levels are role-based and governed by Joyner’s Data Access & Permissions policy. If you are unsure what access you need, contact data@myjoyner.com for guidance before submitting.
How do I report a data quality issue or inaccuracy?
Data quality issues can be reported using the “Report Data Quality Issues” Quick Link or by emailing data@myjoyner.com. Include the specific report or dashboard name, the data field or metric in question, what you expected to see, and what you are actually seeing. The team investigates all data quality reports and prioritizes corrections based on operational impact.
How do I request a new dashboard or analytics solution for my department?
Dashboard and analytics solution requests are submitted through the “Request New Dashboards or Analytics Solutions” Quick Link. Include your department, the key metrics you want to track, the audience who will use the dashboard, and how frequently it needs to update. The Data & Analytics team will schedule a scoping call to discuss your needs before building begins.
Where can I view Joyner’s KPIs and performance metrics?
Department heads and authorized associates can access Joyner’s live KPI dashboard through the “View KPIs” Quick Link on the right sidebar or through the analytics platform. The KPI dashboard is updated in real time and covers key performance metrics across operations, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and growth. If you need access to the KPI dashboard and do not currently have it, submit a data access request.
