Frequently Asked Questions
 How do I reserve a conference room or meeting space?
Conference room reservations can be submitted through the Admin Services portal using the “Reserve Conference Room” Quick Link on the right. All reservations require at least 24 hours advance notice. For same-day bookings or urgent needs, contact Administrative Services directly by phone or email.
 How do I request office supplies?
All office supply requests must be submitted through the Administrative Services portal. Standard items are typically fulfilled within 1 business day. For bulk orders or specialty items, allow 2–3 business days. Contact adminservices@myjoyner.com for questions about available inventory or special requests.
 How do I send or receive mail and packages?
The Administrative Services mailroom handles all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Outgoing mail should be dropped off at the mailroom by 3:00 PM ET for same-day processing. Incoming packages are logged and available for pickup the same business day they are received. Perishable or time-sensitive deliveries are prioritized.
 How do I submit a facilities or maintenance request?
Facilities and maintenance requests can be submitted through the Facilities Request Quick Link on the right sidebar. Include a description of the issue and your location. Emergency maintenance situations such as safety hazards, water leaks, or power issues should be reported by phone immediately to (877) 240-9784.
 How do I book business travel through Administrative Services?
Business travel requests are processed through our Business Travel Center. Submit your travel request using the “Submit Travel Request” Quick Link at least 5 business days before your travel date. All travel must comply with Joyner’s Business Travel Policy. For urgent travel needs, contact adminservices@myjoyner.com directly.
