A broker reviews your request within 8 hours and identifies the right carrier or solution — matching available capacity with your load requirements, lane, and timeline.

We Book & Coordinate
Your load is booked and coordinated with the carrier. You receive updates via Teams or email with carrier details, pickup confirmation, and delivery ETA throughout the process.

Load Confirmed
You receive full booking confirmation, BOL documentation, and delivery paperwork via email when the load is confirmed. Track status through iHelp or contact the Brokerage team directly.
