What is the difference between Joyner Freight Booking and Third-Party Booking?
Joyner Freight Booking covers load coordination for internal Joyner associates and Joyner Freight’s own carrier fleet — ensuring internal capacity is maximized before going to market. Third-Party Booking connects external carriers, independent owner-operators, and third-party trucking organizations with available freight through Joyner’s brokerage network. Both services are managed by the same Brokerage Services team. Open a broker ticket to get started with either service.
How do I refer a new carrier or shipper to Joyner Brokerage?
Carrier and shipper leads are submitted using the “Submit a Lead” Quick Link on the right sidebar. Include the company name, contact name and phone number, the type of equipment or freight they specialize in, and any relevant background on the relationship. The Brokerage team will follow up with the lead directly. All leads are tracked in the Sales Dashboard and credited to the submitting associate.
How does Joyner vet and onboard third-party carriers?
All third-party carriers are vetted before being approved to haul freight through Joyner Brokerage. The vetting process includes verifying active operating authority, insurance certificates meeting Joyner’s minimum requirements, safety ratings, and driver qualification documentation. Carriers must complete the onboarding process and be added to Joyner’s approved carrier list before any loads can be assigned. Contact brokers@myjoyner.com to begin carrier onboarding.
What is the Sales Dashboard and who has access?
The Sales Dashboard is a performance and pipeline tracking tool for Brokerage Services associates and team leads. It displays active leads, booked loads, revenue performance, carrier relationships, and individual and team metrics against Q1 2026 targets. Access is available to authorized Brokerage Services associates via the “Sales Dashboard” Quick Link. For access requests or questions about dashboard data, contact brokers@myjoyner.com.
What is the mobile app in development and when will it be available?
Joyner is developing a mobile app designed to make brokerage, load booking, and carrier management accessible from any device. Brokerage Services is one of the first business units planned to be featured in the app — enabling brokers, carriers, and shippers to interact with Joyner’s platform from the road. The app is currently in development as a strategic goal for 2026. Updates will be shared via Joyner One as development milestones are reached.
