Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit an invoice for payment?
All vendor and supplier invoices must be submitted through the Finance portal using the “Submit Invoices for Payment” Quick Link on the right sidebar. Include the invoice number, vendor name, amount, and purchase order number if applicable. Standard payment processing takes 30 days from the date of a valid invoice submission. For urgent payments contact finance@myjoyner.com directly.
How do I submit an expense reimbursement request?
Expense reimbursement requests are submitted using the updated expense reimbursement form available through the Quick Links on the right. Complete the form with all receipts attached and submit for manager approval before sending to Financial Services. Reimbursements are processed within 2 pay cycles of approval. Always use the most current form — an updated version was released in June 2026.
How do I request a pricing adjustment or promotional code?
Pricing adjustment requests and promotional or comp code requests can be submitted through the dedicated Quick Links on the right sidebar. All pricing adjustment requests require department head approval before submission to Financial Services. Promotional and comp codes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to financial guidelines and authorization levels.
When are taxes filed and what do departments need to provide?
Financial Services files monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes on behalf of the organization. Departments are responsible for submitting accurate expense reports and financial data by the deadlines communicated by the Finance team each period. For Q2, all expense reports are due by June 20. For specific tax-related questions or documentation requests contact finance@myjoyner.com.
How do I request a budget review or financial report for my department?
Department budget reviews and financial reports can be requested by submitting an inquiry through the Quick Link on the right. Include your department name, the reporting period you need, and the purpose of the request. Financial Services will provide standard reports within 3–5 business days. Custom reporting requests may take longer depending on complexity.
