For Internal Use Only. These acronyms are approved for use in internal communications — emails, Microsoft Teams messages, Guide articles, customer notes in HubSpot, and other internal platforms. They are never to be used verbally or in writing when communicating with customers or any external party.
What Are Company-Approved Acronyms?
Acronyms are shortened forms of words or phrases that allow Joyner team members to communicate quickly and consistently in internal settings. When everyone uses the same shorthand, notes are clearer, messages are faster, and documentation is easier to search and understand.
Joyner maintains an approved acronym list to ensure consistency across all internal platforms. You may encounter these acronyms in emails between colleagues, Teams chats, Guide knowledge base articles, customer notes in HubSpot, dispatch logs, HR documentation, and incident or compliance reports. Learning and using the approved list keeps our internal language sharp and professional.
If you believe a new acronym should be added to the list, use the submission form at the bottom of this page to request it.
