 How do I schedule an airport shuttle trip?
Airport shuttle trips are booked using the “Schedule and Manage Transportation Service” Quick Link or by opening a Shuttle Ticket. Include the passenger name, pickup address, airport name and terminal, flight details (arrival or departure), date and time, and any special requirements. Trips should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day or urgent requests, contact shuttle@myjoyner.com directly.
 Which airports does Joyner Airport Shuttle serve?
Joyner Airport Shuttle currently operates at 25 airports across the United States. Service is expanding as the program grows. To confirm whether shuttle service is available at a specific airport or in a particular city, contact the Shuttle Services team at shuttle@myjoyner.com. Hotels, hospitality brands, and travel organizations interested in establishing a Joyner Airport Shuttle partnership at their location are also welcome to reach out.
 What is the schedule adherence target for Airport Shuttle?
Joyner Airport Shuttle maintains a 98% or higher schedule adherence target — meaning 98 out of every 100 trips arrive at the airport on time. Given the time-sensitive nature of air travel, schedule adherence is one of our most critical performance metrics. All delays caused by traffic, weather, or operational issues are communicated to passengers as quickly as possible.  How do I request a change or cancellation to a scheduled airport trip?
Trip changes and cancellations are submitted using the “Request Changes or Updates to Scheduled Trips” Quick Link. Include the original trip details and the nature of the change. Changes should be submitted as early as possible given the time-critical nature of airport transportation — at least 4 hours in advance when possible. For urgent changes related to flight adjustments, contact shuttle@myjoyner.com immediately.

Joyner Airport Shuttle partners with hotels, hospitality brands, and travel organizations to provide dedicated or shared shuttle services for their guests and customers.
