Frequently Asked Questions
 How do I schedule a Corporate Shuttle trip or route?
Shuttle trips and routes are scheduled using the “Schedule and Manage Transportation Service” Quick Link or by opening a Shuttle Ticket. Include the pickup location, destination, date and time, number of passengers, and any special requirements. For recurring corporate routes, contact shuttle@myjoyner.com to discuss dedicated route options. Trips should be booked at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
 What is Corporate Shuttle’s schedule adherence target?
Joyner Corporate Shuttle maintains a target of 98% or higher schedule adherence — meaning 98 out of every 100 trips arrive at their destination on time. As of Q1 2026, the team is operating at 98.2%, exceeding the target. Schedule adherence is monitored continuously and reported to department leadership. If a trip is delayed due to traffic, weather, or operational issues, passengers are notified as quickly as possible via the contact information provided at booking.
 How do I request a change or cancellation to a scheduled trip?
Trip changes and cancellations are submitted using the “Request Changes or Updates to Scheduled Trips” Quick Link. Include the original trip details, the nature of the change or cancellation, and the reason. Changes should be submitted as early as possible — at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time when possible. For urgent changes, contact shuttle@myjoyner.com directly.
 How do I check for service alerts or route disruptions?
Service alerts for route disruptions, weather delays, or schedule changes are communicated via the “Service Alerts” Quick Link on the right sidebar. Passengers with active bookings are also notified directly via email or phone when a service alert affects their trip. For real-time updates, contact shuttle@myjoyner.com or call the shuttle operations line.
