 How do I submit a question or idea directly to leadership?
Associates can submit questions, ideas, and feedback to the Executive Department through the “Submit a Question to Leadership” Quick Link on the right sidebar or by emailing feedback@myjoyner.com. The Executive team reviews all submissions and responds within 8 business hours. Questions of broad relevance may be addressed in All-Hands meetings, company announcements, or direct responses.
 What is Joyner’s current strategic focus for 2026?
Joyner’s 2026 strategic priorities are centered on four key areas: strengthening internal department operations, growing the Transportation and Freight business, accelerating the Ryde ride-sharing initiative, and advancing Mobility Services through new partnerships and technology. Executive leadership is committed to S.M.A.R.T. goal setting — Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Bound — to keep the entire organization aligned and accountable.
 How does the Executive Department support business development across Joyner?
The Executive Department leads business development across six strategic areas: Enterprise (commercial partnerships), Internal (internal department partnerships), Transportation (freight and carrier partnerships), Roadside Assistance (service provider partnerships), Ryde (community and compliance partnerships), and Mobility (new mobility service partnerships). Each area is led by dedicated executive team members focused on creating scalable value for Joyner’s customers and partners.
 How can I get involved in Joyner’s leadership development programs?
Joyner’s Leadership Development programs are open to associates who are identified by their managers or who self-nominate through Joyner University. The Executive Department oversees the program strategy and works with HR & Employee Care and Learning & Development to identify and develop management talent across all divisions. Nominations for the next cohort are open through February 28, 2026 — contact your manager or HR to participate.
 How does executive leadership communicate company direction to associates?
Executive leadership communicates with all associates through multiple channels including quarterly All-Hands meetings, company-wide announcements on Joyner One, the Newsroom, and direct communications via email and Microsoft Teams. Associates are encouraged to stay connected through Joyner One’s News & Announcements section and to submit questions directly to leadership using the Quick Link on this page.
