Emergency roadside assistance is requested by dispatching an AutoW ticket using the “Dispatch AutoW Ticket” Quick Link on the right sidebar, or by contacting the AutoW team directly at autow@myjoyner.com. In a roadside emergency, use the quickest method available. Include your current location, vehicle make and model, the nature of the issue (flat tire, dead battery, lockout, etc.), and your contact number. A dispatcher will confirm your request and provide an estimated arrival time within 1 hour.
 How do I submit a reimbursement claim for out-of-pocket roadside expenses?
Reimbursement claims for eligible out-of-pocket roadside expenses are submitted using the “Submit Reimbursement Claim” Quick Link. Include the date of service, a description of the roadside issue, the service provider used, the amount paid, and supporting documentation such as a receipt or invoice. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the service date. For questions about claim eligibility or status, contact autow@myjoyner.com.
 How do I refer a new service partner to the Joyner AutoW network?
Service partner leads are submitted using the “Submit a Service Partner Lead” Quick Link. Include the company name, contact information, the type of roadside services they provide (towing, tire service, lockout, etc.), their service area, and any relevant background on the opportunity. The AutoW team will vet and follow up with the prospective partner. Joyner AutoW is actively expanding its service partner network to improve coverage and response times across all active markets.
 What is the Joyner AutoW motor club membership and how do I enroll?
The Joyner AutoW motor club provides members with access to roadside assistance coverage, reimbursement benefits for eligible emergency expenses, and Joyner’s nationwide network of certified service partners.
