Joyner cares about the health of its associates and their families. The Well-Being program encourages employees to make informed lifestyle decisions in the areas of career, community, financial, physical (exercise, nutrition, tobacco cessation, weight and stress management and preventive care), and social well-being.
Joyner helps employees manage the risks of everyday life by providing a variety of quality benefits, resources and programs. (NOTE: Programs may be offered internally or through third party vendors.) Making healthier decisions reduces stress, increases well-being, improves physical fitness and productivity, and ultimately allows associates to be at their best both on and off the job.
Joyner remains dedicated to creating a supportive environment in order to encourage healthy lifestyle choices and empower employees to thrive at their total well-being.
Eligibility All U.S. full-time and part-time employees are eligible for the Bell-Being benefits, resources, programs and incentives.
For pre-diabetes, sleep, stress and weight management Health Coaching eligibility.
For the Quit for Life® tobacco cessation program eligibility (including covered spouses and dependents).
For Wellness Assessment and Wellness Incentive eligibility (including covered spouses and dependents),
External associates are not eligible to participate in Joyner Benefit programs, including the Well-Being program, and are not eligible to receive incentives associated with the Well-Being program.

Help employees understand how to access the Well-Being program and what benefits, resources and services are available
Review and discuss Well-Being communications when distributed (mass mailing, mass email, poster, news article, etc.)
Contact HREC or S&I with questions about Well-Being.
Human Resources is responsible for supporting and promoting Well-Being programs when appropriate.
Opportunities include:
Promoting programs during recruiting and onboarding activities
Displaying and distributing Well-Being materials at well-being fairs, benefits fairs, and other events
Relaying compliments, concerns or complaints to Safety & Insurance Services.
