Overview

Joyner provides employees with the machines, equipment, and tools needed in the course of employment.

Joyner will not be responsible for loss, repair, or maintenance of personal items employees decide to use with their work.

General Information

Eligibility This Policy applies to all Joyner employees

Employee Actions

Employees should use the machines, equipment and tools that the company provides them to complete their job duties.

Employees should discuss with their management any machines, equipment or tools they lack to complete their job duties.

Understand that if you use your own personal equipment Joyner will not be responsible for fixing or replacing it should something happen to it.

Managerial Actions

Read and understand this policy.

Within reason, provide the machines, equipment or tools needed for employees to complete their job duties.

Advise employees that Joyner will provide the equipment, tools and machines needed to perform their job and that Joyner is not responsible for fixing or replacing personal employee items, equipment, tools, or machines.

Human Resources Role

Read and understand this policy.
