Overview

The exit process provides terminating employees with an opportunity to conclude their business affairs with the organization, receive all information associated with benefits, and give an appraisal of their overall satisfaction with Joyner.

It provides Joyner with an opportunity to:

Discover problems that may be developing and take appropriate action

Promote goodwill for the organization

Allow a dissatisfied employee to communicate their concerns

Collect data to be used in research associated with retention and turnover

The Performance Support Representative (PSR) should make an effort to meet with exiting employees to ensure good employee relations. PSRs will continue to serve as consultants to the departments regarding both Voluntary and Involuntary terminations.
