Overview

This popular tradition provides a year-end gift to every employee and retiree. Recipients choose their own gift from an online brochure. Full-time and part-time employees (including limited tenure employees and employees on a leave) who are employed at Joyner during the gift ordering period are eligible. Other eligible and ineligible employee categories are listed below. If you terminate employment after ordering a gift, your gift will be mailed to your home address. Also, if you fail to order your gift during the order period, you will not receive a gift.

General Information

Eligibility The following people are eligible for a gift:

Full-time and part-time employees (including limited tenure employees and employees on a leave) who are employed at Joyner during the gift ordering period.

Employees who have terminated because of illness benefits expired and have 10 or more years of service.

Retirees.

The following are not eligible for a gift:

People hired through temporary agencies such as Manpower and Kelly Services.

Employees of Joyner vendors and Service Providers.

Employees on Military Leave Category I.

Retirees The Holiday Gift program for retired employees is handled by Joyner Benefits, Corporate. Retirees may access the brochure through the internet or may review a listing they receive in the mail and follow the instructions in the letter to order their gift.

Survey/Suggestions

Employees may send suggestions for gift items to sag@strategicincentives.com.

Report any problems with the Holiday Gift process to sag@strategicincentives.com or call 1-877-467-0388.

Replacing Gifts Employees may notify HREC within a year if their gift breaks.

Employee Actions

In September, access the online brochure via a Featured Link on the Intranet Home Page.

Place your order online by December 31.

Note: Employees complete shipping information. Gift deliveries will not be accepted at Joyner office locations.

Managerial Actions

In September, employees may access the online brochure via a Featured Link on the Intranet Home Page.

Employees order their gift online by December 31.

Human Resources Role

In September, details of the current year's program will be included in an article via the HR Message Center.

Employees place their order online. Employees will receive ordering instructions via a Featured Link on the Intranet Home Page. Note: Employees who do not place an order will not receive a gift.

Joyner Systems sends a file to Strategic Incentives weekly from mid-July through the end of the year to update employee addresses, transferees, terminations, and new hires.

Gifts will be shipped beginning October 1. Note: If an employee terminates after he or she orders a gift, the gift order will be processed.
