Joyner is a learning organization – Developing People is one of Joyner’s strategic goals. With your leaders, we encourage you to set time aside for your development. You may find it helpful to schedule time on your calendar specifically for development as well as keeping a learning log. The majority of these resources are 20 minutes or less in duration.
