Service Disruption Response Policy
Operations & Launch · Internal Policy · Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services · August 2026

Overview

This policy establishes the standards for identifying, responding to, and communicating during a service disruption affecting Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC's operations.

Identifying a Disruption

A service disruption includes any event that materially impacts Joyner's ability to deliver services as expected, including operational failures, system outages, staffing shortages, or external events (weather, regulatory action, etc.).

Immediate Response

Upon identifying a service disruption, Operations & Launch coordinates an immediate response with the relevant department(s) to contain impact and begin resolution.

Customer Communication

Where a disruption affects customers, Marketing & Communications, in coordination with Operations & Launch, communicates timely and accurate information to affected customers regarding the disruption and expected resolution.

Employee Actions

  1. Report a known or suspected service disruption to your manager and Operations & Launch immediately.
  2. Support the coordinated response effort within your role.
  3. Do not communicate independently with customers about a disruption; route communication through Marketing & Communications.
