This policy establishes the standards for confirming operational readiness before a market launch, new service offering, or significant operational change at Joyner Transportation & Logistic Services LLC.

Readiness Checklist Categories

Operational readiness is assessed across key categories relevant to the launch or change, which may include staffing, systems/technology, regulatory/compliance, vendor/supply readiness, customer communication, and safety.

Readiness Confirmation

Each category owner confirms readiness status to Operations & Launch ahead of the planned launch or change date, flagging any unresolved risks or gaps.

Go/No-Go Decision

Operations & Launch, in coordination with executive leadership where warranted, makes the final go/no-go determination based on the completed readiness checklist, consistent with the Corporate Decision-Making policy.

Employee Actions

1. Complete readiness tasks assigned to you as part of a launch or operational change.
2. Report any readiness gap or risk within your area to your manager and Operations & Launch promptly.
